For hygiene reasons, food products cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt,
unless they arrive damaged or unusable.
🧸 Supplies and Tools:
You can return or exchange products within 3 days of receipt, provided that:
They are in their original condition,
Unused, and the invoice is available.
⚠️ Order Error:
If you receive a product that does not match your order or if there is an error on the part of the store,
we ask that the customer return the product in its original condition as received (unused and with all accessories).
In this case:
The store will cover all shipping costs.
The product will be replaced or the amount refunded, according to the customer's preference.

If the product is used or opened in a way that affects its original condition
If the product is damaged due to misuse
If the customer orders the wrong product after using it
If the customer refuses to accept the shipment, the order will be returned, shipping will be deducted, and the amount refunded
If the area is not served by the shipping company, pickup will be from the nearest branch.
